Love Yoga Kids teaches children that they are a miracle!  

The program:
  • cultivates a gratitude practice (identifying and describing what makes your "heart happy")
  • enhances emotional identification and communication skills 
  • develops strength, balance and physical curiosity through yoga poses
  • explores the power of the breath to uplift and calm
  • introduces meditation & stillness practices
  • teaches loving-kindness ​

Human Needs Psychology tells us that our emotional state is derived from 3 things:  
posture, focus and language.  Love Yoga Kids addresses each of these pillars.  


We help children develop the inner resources to feel joy in their bodies 
​and to learn ‘emotional regulation’ that leads to resiliency.
